As a Publicis Sapient Senior Salesforce Technical Architect, you will exercise your strengths in consulting, customer engagement, and technology to help clients as they tackle digital business transformations. You will design, develop, and architect solutions on the Salesforce platform for engagements ranging from enterprise-wide transformative digital strategies to tightly focused proofs-of-concept on emerging technologies.

Your Impact

Delivery: 

• Design and guide the integration of Salesforce with other systems and custom extensions to the Salesforce product
• Beyond serving as a trusted advisor to the client, act as subject matter expert (SME) in Salesforce integration and extension, features, designing solutions, using the Salesforce APIs, APEX, Lightning Web Components and other tools that extend the product
• Work closely with Project Managers, Solution Architect and clients to architect technology solutions needed to support key customer business processes
• Provide timeline and resource management for the integration and development
• Ensure design is architected correct and meets Salesforce best practices
• Authors the technical design specifications
• Oversee overall development, validation, and deployment plans

Leadership:

• Team Lead for larger Salesforce integration and development activities
• Drive the development and adoption of reusable components and solutions
• Start to focus on a specific industry. Contribute as a technical salesforce lead for a specific industry/vertical 
• Work closely with leadership to provide strategic overview, guidance, and roadmap recommendations for our portfolio of clients
• Directly supervise team members as we continue to grow
• Provide best practices guidance to developers and client technical team
• Act as a mentor and directly manage technical staff
• Partner with other team members to drive people management decisions

Business Development: 

• Work closely with the sales team and client executives to define, scope, and conduct product demonstrations around various custom solutions

Qualifications

Your Skills & Experience:

• Extensive enterprise consulting experience and software development experience
• Hands on experience delivering salesforce software solutions
• Understanding of integration design patterns and experience integrating external systems with salesforce Experience using Enterprise Integration tools such as ESBs and/or ETL tools
• Expertise in both Waterfall and Agile software implementation methodologies
• Thorough understanding of both cloud and enterprise application integration concepts & best practices
• Extensive experience with databases, data extraction, and associated load tools
• Proven ability to analyze, design, and optimize business processes via technology and integration
• Leadership in guiding customers and colleagues in rationalizing and deploying emerging technology for business use cases
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for a variety of audiences and situations
• Detail and quality oriented with the desire and ability to rapidly learn and implement new concepts, business models, and technologies
• Experience integrating Web Services (SOAP, REST)

Set Yourself Apart With:

• Testing automation technologies
• GraphQL
• Salesforce Dev, AppBuilder, Data Architecture and Management Designer, Sharing and Visibility Designer Certifications
• iOS or Android Mobile development experience
• Specializing in Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, MuleSoft, Health Cloud, Public Sector Solutions and/or other Salesforce and Saas technologies.
