• Understands the role of innovation in design, development, and implementation and goes the extra mile in the pursuit of perfection to bring a positive change in this everevolving world of design
• Is cognizant of brand research, data analysis, brand architecture creation, stakeholder interviews/user surveys, user persona creation and competitor analysis and can rationalize design solutions to align with the client's vision, business context and project KPIs
• Has experience in Web and Mobile applications (including tablets) on multiple platforms (iOS, Android) and has used these skills to produce stunning interfaces from start to finish, including the development process
• Is an innovative creator who can clearly conceptualize and execute concepts and designs through low-fidelity sketches, medium-fidelity wireframes, high-fidelity components and interactive prototypes
• Can deliver user-centric, cohesive and inclusive solutions that meet brand guidelines and appropriate accessibility standards
• Can execute design systems and develop detailed UI style guides
• Employs the art of storytelling and smooth narration of concepts and solutions
• Can employ creativity, consumer empathy and business thinking from a user experience standpoint and provide insights and advice to cross-functional teams
• Can facilitate workshops and brainstorming activities with stakeholders across geographies and has basic consulting skills aimed at building trust and providing customizable design recommendations
• Communicates clearly and can develop a high degree of influence with all kinds of internal and external partner

Qualifications

• 6-9 years of experience
• A Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in a design-related discipline or minimum 6 years of relevant industry experience in design 
• A good portfolio demonstrating problem-solving skills, design process, attention to detail, and good command over design techniques and visual elements
• Proven expertise in design tools (Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, InVision, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.)
•  Ability to lead a diverse team in a fast-paced and high-velocity work culture
•  Exhaustive knowledge of UI/UX principles and techniques;
• Hands-on experience in creating designs with an existing style guide/developing design systems from scratch
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across multiple teams, solicit and synthesize helpful feedback and facilitate design discussions
