Job Description

We’re looking for a multidisciplinary Senior UX Designer to help improve the level of craft, thinking and impact of our work. We’re one of the few design teams in the world that works in unison with global management consultancy and enterprise-scale engineering and AI. So, you will put your diverse skillset to use in close collaboration with our technology, strategy and data practices to create long-lasting change.

Qualifications

• Experience in design and innovation teams (agency or in-house)
• A diverse portfolio that demonstrates outstanding craft across channels
• Expert knowledge of a broad range of tools
• A multidisciplinary skillset, from product to conceptual thinking to brand development
• You have a strong focus on UX design
• An excellent communicator of your work, comfortable explaining design decisions to clients
• Knowledge of best practices in design and customer experience alongside industry trends
• A proven ability to work collaboratively in teams
• Strong organisational skills

• A track record of high-quality UX delivery on complex web and mobile projects
• You have shown entrepreneurial spirit as a proven self-starter who is energetic, pragmatic and who welcomes challenges 
• You combine world-class craft with strategic thinking and have an interest in learning about the business impact of design 
• Proficiency in creating both low- and high-fidelity prototypes 
• Wireframing
• Track record of building and maintaining client relationships and working with clients’ design teams
