Audit360 Group is a centralized team within PwC dedicated to the firms' audit transformation agenda.
The Audit360 team builds software designed for audit practitioners that provides a consistent process and automated testing methodology to increase audit quality and improve engagement efficiencies.
The Audit360 team is transforming our audit procedures through innovative solutions using modern technologies, business workflows, and data analytics to increase the transparency of data across disparate data sources. The Audit360 team operates under a continuous improvement (agile) mindset that focuses on delivering business value to our clients and engagement teams.
The Project Management team sets the strategy and priority for fulfilling project management resource requests and provides end-to-end project/portfolio management service including work plans, project scope, project estimates, resources, timing, interdependencies etc.
The Project Management team also assesses technology opportunities that will impact business strategy and performance, researches and identifies sources of IT advantage, and looks for opportunities to anticipate and satisfy changing needs.
Basic Qualifications: Experience in managing large software development or infrastructure projects and working in large program environments through a complete software or system development lifecycle (from analysis, design, construction, testing and implementation, and warranty).
Experience managing outsourced software vendors and establishing that the vendor's adhere to contractual stipulations and obligations to the firm, including established Service Language Agreements and other contractual performance metrics.
Experience managing Sponsor/customer expectations, and interacting with sponsor on a regular basis as it relates to software and IT infrastructure implementations.
Experience with project management toolsets, such as MS Project and Team Foundation Server.
Experience managing and coordinating code and infrastructure implementation including, 1) System and UAT level testing and coordination of code/infrastructure implementation; 2) Resolution management of issues/bugs from testing and assessing impacts; and 3) coordination of all technical activities, support activities and resolve identified issues associated with "go-live."

Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor's degree
Certification(s) Preferred: PMP
Develop a broad understanding of the business and market environment.
Builds and maintains a strong relationship with the customer.
Ensures customer requirements are documented and clearly actionable for team members. Ensures all customer experience, ie: communications as deliverables and final product meet or exceed expectations.Develop an understanding of the customerâ€™s overall needs and requirements.
Coordinate with team to develop appropriate solutions. Gain agreement to ideas and develop new projects. Assume responsibility of the product from requirements definition to product delivery.
Coordinate and assigns resources to the team members best equipped to deliver requirements. Ensure quality assurance throughout the software development life cycle.
Ensures that the project deliverables are on time, within budget, and at the required level of quality. Monitors the progress of the project and uses keen judgment to course correct, when necessary. Designs project plans which identify the sequences, activities and resources needed to complete the project. Produces project status reports for both internal and external stakeholders. Works with team members to ensure they are staying within estimates and timelines. Reports project schedule to product owner/partners and escalates issues, when appropriate.
Demonstrated experience with the following:
- Working on multiple small projects of a moderately complex nature or on a single work stream of a large complex project;
- Contributing to the development of new Project Management practices and processes used by System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodology; and,
- Overseeing Project Management processes and deliverables for the appropriate SDLC methodology used on projects and collaboration with the various project resources to facilitate the resolution of project issues.
This role will provide software development project management support using project management toolsets, such as MS project and Team Foundation Server (TFS).
