Demonstrates proven industry knowledge of digital and marketplace commerce consulting expertise helping clients to transform their digital selling and customer engagement capabilities to grow revenue, enter new markets, enhance customer experiences, reduce cost to serve, and build omnichannel working models.
Demonstrated experience and skills in the following areas:
Possessing strategic thinking and visioning, leadership of complex projects and large consulting teams, solution design, and broad understanding of digital commerce functionality, operations, and technology platforms;
Identifying new market opportunities and leading digital commerce platform strategy, solutioning, design and architecture for enterprise clients;
Assessing client digital commerce capabilities, operating model, and organizational process;
Defining B2B and B2C digital commerce strategies, transformation roadmaps, and implementation plans aligned with goals and objectives to support client ecommerce and marketplace businesses;
Demonstrating proven thought leader-level abilities and success with directing teams, identifying and addressing client needs, preparing and presenting complex written and verbal materials, and defining complex multi-year business strategies;
Directing cross-functional teams (marketing, UX designers, IT teams) to deliver client experience solutions;
Leading the execution of digital commerce strategy, operations, or technical projects;
Building and sustaining extensive client relationships using networking, negotiation and persuasion skills to identify and sell potential new marketing opportunities valued at $2-4 million range annually;
Possessing prior consulting firm experience at the Director or equivalent level; and,
Possessing knowledge in emerging technologies and industry trends.
