In lieu of a Bachelor Degree, 12 years of professional experience involving technology-focused process improvements, transformations, and/or system implementations.
Minimum Years of Experience:
7 year(s) of relevant experience
Additional Educational Preferences:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
Relativity Certified Administrator and/or Relativity Infrastructure Specialist.
Demonstrates thorough abilities and/or a proven record of success as a team leader including the following areas:
Applying eDiscovery and analytics applications expert knowledge including Relativity, Nuix, Reveal/Brainspace and Aspera;
Possessing experience with Microsoft Azure and cloud-based system architecture;
Demonstrating knowledge and administration of Windows/Linux OS and Microsoft SQL Server databases;
Possessing 5-7+ years of direct application support and familiarity of application development best practices;
Understanding of standard application architecture and deployment;
Working with and maintaining extensive knowledge of Windows Server operating systems including Windows Server 2012 R2;
Demonstrating proficiency in establishing and supporting automated application monitoring protocols;
Demonstrating proven communications (verbal and written), interpersonal and organizational skills;
Utilizing judgment and analytical ability;
Applying proven documentation skills - MS Word, Excel, Project and Visio;
Demonstrating ability to work effectively across constituencies - management, the business, IT security, IT operations, third parties;
Leading and maintaining mission critical production environment support; and,
Applying working knowledge in ITIL Incident, Change and Problem Management.
