As a Senior Manager, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:

Job Requirements and Preferences:

Basic Qualifications:

Minimum Degree Required:
Bachelor Degree

Additional Educational Requirements:
In lieu of a Bachelor Degree, 12 years of professional experience involving technology-focused process improvements, transformations, and/or system implementations.

Minimum Years of Experience:
7 year(s) of relevant experience

Preferred Qualifications:

Degree Preferred:
Master Degree

Additional Educational Preferences:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience.

Certification(s) Preferred:
Relativity Certified Administrator and/or Relativity Infrastructure Specialist.

Preferred Knowledge/Skills:
Demonstrates thorough abilities and/or a proven record of success as a team leader including the following areas:

  • Applying eDiscovery and analytics applications expert knowledge including Relativity, Nuix, Reveal/Brainspace and Aspera;

  • Possessing experience with Microsoft Azure and cloud-based system architecture;

  • Demonstrating knowledge and administration of Windows/Linux OS and Microsoft SQL Server databases;

  • Possessing 5-7+ years of direct application support and familiarity of application development best practices;

  • Understanding of standard application architecture and deployment;

  • Working with and maintaining extensive knowledge of Windows Server operating systems including Windows Server 2012 R2;

  • Demonstrating proficiency in establishing and supporting automated application monitoring protocols;

  • Demonstrating proven communications (verbal and written), interpersonal and organizational skills;

  • Utilizing judgment and analytical ability;

  • Applying proven documentation skills - MS Word, Excel, Project and Visio;

  • Demonstrating ability to work effectively across constituencies - management, the business, IT security, IT operations, third parties;

  • Leading and maintaining mission critical production environment support; and,

  • Applying working knowledge in ITIL Incident, Change and Problem Management.
