    We're seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking AI/ML expert in Legal Services to lead the use of advanced models in eDiscovery and legal services. This expert will drive innovation and efficiency, creating a program for reliable AI and ML use, leveraging PwC's GenAI Factory and responsible AI framework to differentiate and attract clients to PwC Legal Managed Services.

    Demonstrates intimate-level abilities and/or a proven record of success managing efforts with identifying and addressing client needs:

    • Demonstrates intimate-level abilities with, and/or a proven record of success directing and defending the application of artificial intelligence, machine learning, and continuous active learning within eDiscovery and legal services;
    • Possesses proven ability to establish and manage a program that guarantees the reliable use of AI and machine learning within the eDiscovery and CaaS domains;
    • Demonstrates intimate-level knowledge of eDiscovery and contract analysis; and,
    • Displays an in-depth understanding of Generative AI.

    Demonstrates intimate-level abilities and/or a proven record of success managing efforts with identifying and addressing client needs:

    • Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for integrating AI, ML, and continuous active learning models into eDiscovery and legal services. Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in AI and ML;

    • Lead the development and implementation of AI-driven solutions for eDiscovery, contract analysis, legal entity management, and other legal services;

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver AI-powered tools;

    • Oversee AI and ML projects, including scoping, budgeting, resource allocation, and timeline management; ensure projects are completed on time and within budget;

    • Manage data collection, curation, and quality control processes to support AI and ML initiatives;

    • Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to develop data strategies;

    • Identify and implement the most suitable AI and ML models for specific legal service applications;

    • Optimize models for performance and accuracy;

    • Implement and manage continuous active learning processes to improve AI and ML models over time;

    • Utilize feedback loops to enhance model accuracy;

    • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and challenges, and provide AI and ML solutions that address those challenges;

    • Build and maintain robust client relationships;

    • Establish and confirm that AI and ML initiatives comply with legal and regulatory requirements;

    • Implement robust security measures to protect sensitive data;

    • Lead a team of AI and ML specialists and legal professionals; and,

    • Provide mentorship, guidance, and foster a culture of innovation and collaboration.
