As a Workday Payroll Senior Associate in our Managed Services practice, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to resolve post-implementation issues from assessment through to deployment. You will be responsible for the sustainment, optimization and enhancement of the Workday’s Payroll solution. You will work with the clients to understand their business requirements and help configure and test the Workday solution.

Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR), and/or a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification, Certified Payroll Professional (CPP), Workday Services functional certification and/or engagement manager certification
Demonstrates proven thorough knowledge and acumen specific to understanding underlying client business problems and developing Workday technology-enabled solutions that addresses the needs of large organizations, including the following areas:
Gathering requirements from the client on their Workday Payroll needs and broader business requirements and how they align to Workday functionality;
Working with a team to configure the Workday solution to meet the customers’ Payroll related needs and broader business requirements;
Helping the customer and systems team test the Workday solution;
Facilitating knowledge transfer and educating customers on the Workday solution;
Recommending best practices to solve complex client requirements;
Assisting in developing functional specification for reports and integrations;
Troubleshooting and resolving testing errors and issues in configuration, business processes, data conversion, documentation or the user's lack of experience;
Maintaining Workday certifications and qualifications;
Upskilling for a digital world and technology trends, an openness to learning new tools and adapting how you work;
Demonstrating a commitment to valuing differences and working alongside diverse people and perspectives;
Possessing thorough level of ability leading client workshops and hands-on experience in technical support;
Possessing thorough level of ability with Workday Payroll or in-house consulting in a Payroll capacity;
Possessing extensive level of ability with Workday or other ERP, such as PeopleSoft, SAP, Oracle, ADP or UltiPro; and,
Possessing some knowledge about Managed Services or post implementation support.
