    The Challenge

    At Qualtrics, we are on the cutting edge of Experience Management; helping our clients to provide the best experiences for their customers and employees. We are seeking people to join an industry-leading customer support team to help our clients and ensure their experiences with Qualtrics are extraordinary. We seek people with the potential to become future leaders in the company­.

    You will join a team of Product Specialists to provide technical support to our clients through innovative solutions, developing excellent analytical skills, client relationship building and internal stakeholder engagement. This is a graduate entry role on a 12-18 month programme where you will become an expert in Qualtrics. 

    As you approach 12 months, you will work closely with your manager to view career opportunities within the business. We’ve had people come through this programme and go on to become technical account managers, implementation consultants, customer success managers, solution engineers, and other areas of the business. 

    *Please note we are currently accepting applications and creating a talent pool, however, this role is not anticipated to be offered and started until mid Q2 2023 (June 2023) or later.

    Expectation for Success

    You’ll know you are a top performer when you consistently receive top satisfaction scores from our wide variety of clients­. You’ll become an authority in the Qualtrics product, which will ensure you can effectively help our customers with a mix of instructing and troubleshooting.

    You will thrive in a fast paced environment, handling high volume customer interactions with exceptional attention to detail. During the course of the programme you will learn additional modules of the Qualtrics platform, e.g. Customer Experience, Employee Experience, and have the opportunity to work on projects within the team to help us continue to improve our ways of working.

    While helping customers is your core focus, there will also be development opportunities to help you prepare for your next role, adding to your knowledge of our customer base and how they use our product. 

    A Typical Day

    • Your analytical skills are critical as you respond to clients (including Fortune 100 employees, tenured professors, and small business owners) via phone, email, or chat
    • The one constant about Qualtrics is progress ­- you regularly adapt and learn as our products and technologies change
    • We have an open office environment here at Qualtrics­, so you collaborate with fellow Product Specialists by finding creative solutions for both our customers and our processes

     Minimum Requirements

    • Fluent in English and fluency in Dutch
    • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree - Business, Economics, Management, Psychology, Analytics, STEM and more
    • Hard-working self-starter capable of balancing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
    • Excellent analytical skills
    • Ability to communicate and teach complicated concepts
    • Detail-orientation with an ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
    • Interest in Technology / SaaS industry

    Preferred Requirements

    • Customer facing experience
    • Masters degree
    • Technical or hard science degree
    • Prior instruction, research, or tutoring experience
    • Experience in a tech or start-up environment
