Position summary
Raytheon Technologies is seeking successful candidate to manage day-to-day Operations for Electronics Repair/Production area - to include (but not limited to) work content assignment and scheduling among direct report employees, daily supervision, direct report employee reviews, area new work proposals, etc.
Electrical and some Mechanical Engineering support for assigned area product line and deliverables - to include Engineering technical support during the repair/production and test of deliverable hardware
Intimate knowledge of Electronics deliverables and their soldering requirements
Electrical Engineering support for troubleshooting and repair of complex MFRFS Depot repair units, to include intimate knowledge and support of associated MFRFS Test Equipment
Electrical Engineering support during Environmental Test of deliverable repair hardware, including Thermal cycling and intimate knowledge of Random Vibration Test principles and methodologies.
Requirements:
5 years of applicable experience with Electronics Repair/Production including in Engineering role
High proficiency of Computer systems and associated MS-suite applications
Proven excellent communication and presentation skills, to include communication with internal/external customers and potential customers
Self-driven on day-to-day operations
Strong People skills
Understands basic management approaches such as work scheduling, prioritizing, coaching and process execution
Must be a US Citizen as the position will require the ability to access US only Data Systems
The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret Security Clearance
U.S. Citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
Required Education:
Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience
