This individual contributor L&D Facilitator & Program Manager will collaborate closely with the Talent Centers of Excellence, Talent Acquisition, and business/functional leaders to drive enterprise-wide priorities using Learning and Development and HR best practices for sustainable learning, change and transition management. The position has an emphasis on Collins-wide New Hire Orientation facilitation and advancing the training strategy for our Collins Management System and readiness of our Value Stream Leaders.
This position can be worked remotely from anywhere in the U.S.
Partner with Talent Acquisition and other key stakeholders on the project management, design and development of the Collins New Employee Onboarding program.
Facilitate the Collins’-wide New Hire Orientation program on a regular cycle, ensuring an excellent employee experience for all Collins new hires.
Partner with the Strategic Development function to identify unique Collins’ wide skill gaps and future competencies needed for our Value Stream Leaders.
Partner with the Collins Management System (CMS) Subject Matter Experts to develop associated curriculum and deployment vehicles for the CMS platform and the Value Stream Leaders.
Develop and deploy Collins’ tiered “Development for All” curricula.
Partner with Talent Management and other internal & external stakeholders on the nomination process for various L&D programs.
Represent Collins on Raytheon Technologies learning councils.
Manage the various Collins’ Learning Councils (technical, functional, and business-specific).
Ensure consistent messaging and a common language is implemented and used across all Collins learning groups.
Benchmark and embrace different styles of learning and employee development techniques.
Bachelor’s Degree and 10 years of prior relevant experience OR
Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years’ experience OR
In absence of a degree, 14 years of relevant experience is Required
Travel up to 20%

Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources or related area of study. Master’s degree is preferred
Prior experience in Learning & Development, Organizational Development or Talent Management
3-5 years with demonstrated experience driving & managing large projects with cross-functional project team members
Must be business minded and demonstrate an understanding of how to plan for and effectively manage development and execution of enterprise-wide initiatives
Superior facilitation, platform and training skills with experience in live and virtual engagement.
Proven success in managing strategic projects and initiatives, demonstrating cross-functional leadership to achieve measurable results
Polished written and oral communication skills with experience in packaging and presenting recommendations to senior leadership that are aligned with strategic direction to implement HR programs that support the business goals
Expertise using MS Excel, PowerPoint to analyze and present complex data and information, and quickly adapts to new technologies
