Position summary
Seeking a highly motivated individual to act as the Space & Intelligence (RI&S) Alternate COMSEC Manager for a large COMSEC Account within a production and depot environment. The successful candidate will ship, order, receipt, and maintain COMSEC equipment and keying material. Additional responsibilities will include conducting physical COMSEC inventories utilizing DIAS and/or KMI software. As part of a production/depot account, the Alternate COMSEC Manager will conduct accountability transitions through the COMSEC product build process following In-Process-Accountability-Plans (IPAP) guidance. Local travel required to other locations as necessary. Secondary functions may include Industrial Security related tasking assigned by the Facility Security Officer in support of National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM) requirements. Local travel required to other SAS locations as necessary. Position requires candidates to be able to work on site.

Required Skills:
- Final Top Secret clearance required at time of hiring
- Knowledge of Industrial Security, the NISPOM, and how COMSEC plays into the success of business with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
- Familiarity with the handling and security of COMSEC material
- Attention to detail, time management and follow-through
Desired Skills:
- KMI training certification
- Experience with support of a large COMSEC account to include receipt, custody, safeguarding and destruction of production and/or depot COMSEC material
- Experience with End Cryptographic Unit management and load/fill procedures
- Experience with troubleshooting COMSEC equipment
- Experience in the management of Windows based information systems
Required Education (including Major):
- Bachelor's degree in related field or 13 years equivalent experience
