Position summary

The Senior Analyst, Quality Clinic Investigator leads cross functional problem resolution teams in support of the site quality signature.  The Senior Analyst resolves product quality problems impacting operations and customers.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Foster a diverse culture of engaged and committed employees.

  • Support site Quality Management System in accordance with current quality standards.

  • Direct quality deliverables and initiatives including: quality notification reviews, material disposition, certificate of Conformance review, shipment data packages, root cause and investigation.

  • Work cross functionally resolving problems with product quality impacting operations and customers.

  • Support the development, implementation and continuous improvement of inspection procedures and technologies.

  • Drive product and process improvements ensuring the value stream quality metric goals are met (Escapes, Scrap, Rework, Throughput, Process Certification).

  • Provide technical guidance and support and maintain a strong working relationship with the inspection and operations team.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of prior relevant experience OR

  • In absence of a degree, 6 years of relevant experience is required

  • Must be a U.S. Person/Permanent Resident “Green Card” holder

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a manufacturing or aerospace environment.

  • Experience using Aerospace drawings, specifications and manufacturing processes

  • Demonstrated experience leveraging effective problem-solving skills to deliver change

  • SAP experience
