Position summary
ttendance configuration and developed amendments in line with regulatory / other changes
- Lead on configuration design and development for Workday based initiatives: Data Structures, Business Processes, Time and attendance configuration and security role design
- Create and manage EIB data loading strategies both for roll outs and ‘BAU’ mass data initiatives
- Support key Workday clients and other stakeholders throughout implementation, cutover and support phases of initiatives.
- Act as an escalation resource for BAU query support / cyclical process support as and when required
- Act as super user for payroll related absence / time and attendance support
- Deliver system enhancements and help manage the cyclical Workday update processes / tenant maintenance processes
- Lead on implementation / design workshops as and when required
- Support in test phases by drafting / writing test scripts and using other adjacent toolkits where applicable
- Build WD reports as per business requirements and in line with data strategy
