termite service and home services for each assigned customer (both established and new)
Complete annual re-inspections to ensure continued service efficacy and identify/document any concerning conditions
Advise customers of service work completed, summarize concerning conditions, relate recommended solutions/benefits, gain commitment, and collaborate with other team members on needed follow-ups
Maintain safe and clean vehicle/equipment and ensure sufficient quantities of product to meet service needs
Maintain proactive schedule management, partnering with management and branch support center as needed for any scheduling interventions
Conduct classroom/field training to enable growth/development of apprentice technicians and support branch/market priorities
Qualifications
High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
Ability to read, write, and verbally communicate
Ability to present information in both internal and external settings
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
Ability to follow mixing instructions on product labels
Maintains licenses/certificates as required by federal, state, or local regulations
Maintains valid driver's license
