Strategic Accounts Retention Specialist
Handling the candidate EQC process for Talent Delivery Center (TDC) candidates by managing a weekly call rotation in which active TDC candidates are contacted to discuss progress on assignment as well as address any questions or concerns related to assignments and/or Robert Half customer service inquiries. This process may be telephonic, virtual or in-person.
Coaching candidates on any client concerns.
Where applicable, in-person or telephonic QC meetings with the client and/or MSP.
Involvement in candidate appreciation events.
Escalating candidate concerns and feedback to recruiters, Services teams, management and Directors/VP’s as appropriate.
Providing weekly reporting to recruiters, Services teams, management and Directors/VP’s of EQC findings.
Auditing candidate pay records to ensure that they’re working a 40-hour week; discuss any problematic attendance issues with candidates and work to improve their record.
Sending any referrals offered by candidates to recruiters, ensuring that any potential for a new start is maximized; work with administrative staff to ensure active contractors are paid out referral bonuses due to them.
Auditing for upcoming candidate assignment ends for possible extension, conversion or redeployment.
Assisting with the TDC missing time process on a weekly basis.
Working on various special tasks and ad hoc projects with recruiting teams and management.
Creating and running reports and interpreting report data to assess retention trends and opportunities for improvement to ensure our MSP Scorecards are optimized in this category.
