Technical Accounting and Policy Senior Manager
Robert Half is seeking a Technical Accounting and Policy Senior Manager. This role is an individual contributor role designed to support the Finance & Accounting leadership team. This role is responsible for proactively remaining abreast of all GAAP and SEC developments relevant to the Company’s financial reporting. This role collaborates with RH process owners to analyze technical accounting issues, develop and implement accounting policy, and provide subject matter expertise to support business owners with accounting issues in compliance with US GAAP. Responsibilities include leveraging internal/external partnerships to drive the vision and implementation of accounting policy initiatives worldwide in Finance and Accounting. This role will require expert understanding and significant experience with US GAAP and SEC/PCAOB regulations and serves as the subject matter expert in these areas.
