About the role

Roku pioneered streaming to the TV and continues to innovate and lead the industry. We connect users to the streaming content they love, enable content publishers to build and monetize large audiences, and provide advertisers with unique capabilities to engage consumers. While we are well-positioned to help shape the future of television – including TV advertising – around the world, continued success relies on how well we show our advertisers the value we just delivered.

You will play an integral role in building ad measurement and research strategy. This includes developing and executing against a wide range of analytics, research, and measurement projects to help advertisers succeed on Roku.

Our environment is fast-paced, requiring the ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision in an ever-changing environment. You will need to demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills. The right mix of organizational and communication skills is key to success. Attention to detail and a proven ability to manage priorities are also essential. We are looking for people ready to lead by example, be selfless in your leadership across teams, collaborate with your peers, and partner with colleagues and external partners.

**What you’ll be doing

**

  • Own analytics support across multiple premier Fortune 500+ accounts, primarily focused on our platform solutions business.
  • Lead quantitative and qualitative studies from start-to-finish and present results both internally and externally.
  • Partner closely with marketing, sales, account management, product, data science, and more to help solve unique business challenges using data analytics

We’re excited if you have

  • Previous ad measurement experience or basic understanding of relevant concepts required. Digital, TV, Search/Social, programmatic buying or media experience preferred.
  • Experience with third-party measurement vendors such as Nielsen, FourSquare, or Kantar Millward Brown preferred.
  • Skilled data analysis and presentation (using MS Excel and Powerpoint), including investigating and summarizing varied data sets and analytics reporting.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, collaborate with cross-functional teams in a large organization, and comfortable interfacing with sales teams.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and disciplined project management
  • Located in New York, Boston, Chicago, or Santa Monica.
