About the role

The Content Acquisition & TRC AVOD Coordinator will support the AVOD business and content acquisition team for The Roku Channel across linear and VOD business. He/she will have an amazing opportunity to support the leadership in all aspects of running the Roku Channel (AVOD) while attending to keeping the team on target.

What you’ll be doing

• Support two busy teams with a variety of projects and needs
• Manage Team Leads calendars
• Work with team leads to prioritize and organize
• Schedule internal and external partner calls across multiple teams
• Own market scheduling and planning (NATPE, MIPCOM, BANFF)
• Manage the TRC Submission email inbox, and forward submissions to the right internal partners
• Log incoming submissions into air table
• Call for team/multi dept agenda items
• Take minutes during team meetings
• Participate in screening new movies and series

We’re excited if you have

• BA/BS required
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience at a media/entertainment/tech company in a working on a busy desk
• Strong Excel skills
• Attention to detail
• Excellent PowerPoint skills
• Effective communication skills
