About the role

As part of the Roku Platform team, the Emerging Business Trading Analyst is purpose-built to lead platform performance and ensure the platform works for the customer by enabling best practices and optimization recommendations to Political and Media/Entertainment brand marketers. As a key stakeholder, this individual will have substantial programmatic experience with a strong sense of trading optimization and analysis. The ideal candidate has a proven track record for managing performance and optimization, an understanding of programmatic trading team optimization needs, experience testing new products, and the ability to produce strategic best practices for our customers.

What you’ll be doing
Lead performance and optimization for Political and Media/Entertainment platform customers
Lead data analysis and performance analytics, managing client KPIs to create optimization strategies and platform solutions designed to retain and grow partnership
Partner with client services and platform sales teams to enable optimization support to clients, including onboarding and optimization training
Collaborate with product management to help define future features and drive platform enhancements
Showcase quantitative expertise to clients as a trusted resource drawing insights from enormous datasets and putting them to work
We’re excited if you have
Problem-solving analytical abilities with an ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
Experience working across top DSPs with experience creating performance optimization playbooks for customers
Hands-on trader track record producing optimization recommendations in a fast-paced environment
4+ years of experience
Experience building SQL tables
