    Position summary

    ring heat of the desert floor, to the high pressures of the ocean depths. We are seeking entry-level candidates willing to collaborate, innovate, and team with our engineers to generate and utilize today's cutting-edge technology in production environments that support missile assembly and test.

    What You Will Do

    • Troubleshooting electronics in a lab or production environment

    • Performing system and circuit level analysis

    • Supporting failure investigations

    • Maintaining and creating documentation

    • Interacting with multi-discipline groups including suppliers

    Qualifications You Must Have

    • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) major.

    • Experience or coursework to include any of the following:

      • Radar systems design, system realization, or testing of RF and microwave radar systems.

      • Airborne radar guidance section production or development.

      • RF component design, analysis, fabrication, or troubleshooting.

      • RF laboratory equipment including waveform generators, oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, or network analyzers.

    • This position requires 12 months or less of relevant professional work experience (excluding internships).

    • The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance."

    Qualifications We Prefer

    • ABET is the preferred, although not required accreditation standard.

    • 3.0 cumulative GPA desired.

    • System integration experience: system integration and development of test procedures for lab and site

    • Strong knowledge and understanding of analog RF components, ADC and DAC performances.

    • Familiarity with industry standard RF circuit design software and PCB layout

    • Excellent organizational, planning, and coordination skills

    • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills

    • Self-starter who can work independently.

    • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with coworkers from diverse communities and cultures.

    • Demonstrated ability to work with colleagues who represent a diversity of work and conflict resolution styles.

    The salary range for this role is 53,000 USD - 103,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
