    Position summary

    loring the dynamic nature of the defense industry throughout Raytheon Operations & Supply Chain (OSC). Your summer will be focused in Acquisitions in the Air & Space Defense Systems (ASDS) organization. Throughout the summer, you will be able to expand your knowledge of OSC as a whole while also gaining unprecedented exposure to leadership along the way.

    Responsibilities to Anticipate:

    • Gain hands-on experience with real Supply Chain tools and processes

    • Own or contribute to a role-specific project during your internship

    • Solve problems while thinking beyond the accepted solutions

    • Understand the acquisition life cycle from requirements generation through product delivery, product support, and payment for products and services driving synergy savings opportunities and developing solutions to support our internal customers more efficiently and ultimately the Warfighter

    Qualifications You Must Have:

    • This position is for an intern who is enrolled in a Bachelor's (or higher) degree program and will be at minimum, entering their Sophomore, year by the start of summer 2025. Candidates must be pursuing a major in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or a closely related field by Summer 2025

    • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access the financial management system due to government contractual requirements.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • 3.0 cumulative GPA desired

    • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with coworkers from diverse communities and cultures

    • Demonstrated ability to work with colleagues who represent a diversity of work and conflict resolution styles

    • Proficient use of Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PPT, Project, Word)

    Location Information:

    • Andover, MA

    • Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.

    The salary range for this role is 37,000 USD - 82,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company's performance.

    This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
