We have a rare opportunity for a Tech Support (A&P Mechanic) in Atlanta, Georgia. As a Tech Support (A&P Mechanic), you will perform a variety of the following duties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Servicing, operating, maintaining, repairing and removing equipment.
• Conducting technical analysis of product implementations, modifications and enhancements to products in accordance with specific customer specifications.
• Manage technical products, services, logistics and provisioning, quantity surveying, and configurations to assigned customers.
• You may also troubleshoot technical problems and issues, recommending actions to company or customer representatives while assessing product needs in accordance with customer specifications.
• You will proudly serve as local on-site RTX representative to the customer's organization, managing statements of work to meet customer and contract requirements. 
• There is up to 20% travel, for this role.

Basic Qualifications:

• High School Diploma and 2+ years of Post Secondary Education
• Airframe & Powerplant License
• 6+ years’ experience - Inspection of Engine parts Refurbishment, troubleshooting, repairs and return to service of engines, or modules and components
• US Citizenship is required due to government contracts

Preferred Qualifications:

• Shop/Bench refurbishment experience
• P&WC powered Airframe experience
• Degree in Aviation Maintenance Management preferred
• Prior PT6, PW100 and PW500 shop and field experience is a plus
• Proven verbal and written communication skills
• Heavy hangar/FBO/field experience - rigging, R&I, MRP's, aircraft interface
• Customer service skills
