    Job Summary:

    This position is responsible for on-site Government and Raytheon Property support at the RMD Camden, Arkansas location. This role is a key contributor to ensure compliance with company policy and procedures, contractual terms, and FAR Property regulatory requirements.  This includes auditable record data integrity for government and customer owned property throughout the 10 property life cycle events (acquisition to disposition).  Other responsibilities include physical inventory, utilization reviews and to assist with shipping assets when needed.

    The candidate will assist in all internal self-assessments, external DCMA property system audits as well as be a key compliance component to resolve corrective actions and identify process improvements. Additionally, the right candidate will share responsibility for unique site-specific activities that include audits for AS9100, OIS assets and Product Based Logistics material plus site Plant Clearance and associated customer interactions. This role will require you to be onsite in our Camden, AR location.

    Responsibilities to Anticipate:

    • Support the Subject Matter Expert (SME) in managing government, customer, and company property requirements. 
    • Adapt quickly to changing situations and urgent requests to ensure that RMD business needs are met.
    • Ability to be a team player with excellent customer service skills.
    • Ability to research and perform transactions in various business systems
    • Support compliance with all regulations and internal/external audit protocols.

    Qualifications You Must Have:

    • Bachelor’s degree OR in absence of a degree, 6 years of relevant experience is required.
    • Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date.
    • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

    Qualifications We Value:

    • National Property Management Association, CPPS certification or able to obtain certification within 1 year of employment.
    • Current working experience in government property and Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) compliance areas including contract property requirements.
    • Working knowledge of SAP (APEX, PRISM), cPDM, and asset tracking systems.
    • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
    • Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
    • Self-Starter who requires minimal supervision, as well as the ability to manage priorities.
    • Experience building and maintaining effective relationships based on mutual respect with peers, customers, and team members.
    • or systems with the ability to make enhancements and leverage in daily work.
