Aftermarket & Sustainability Engineering (ASE) is seeking a leader to support our GTF CIPTs.  This position requires the management of multiple priorities and projects in a globally distributed organization supporting P&W’s worldwide commercial customer base.

Responsibilities:

•Lead onsite team through critical GTF engineering investigations, data trending activities and shop workscope minimization opportunities

•Work cohesively with counterparts at Columbus Engine Center, GSE and all CIPT module centers

•Serve as primary ASE point of contact for locally based CIPT, managing and prioritizing investigation activities at Columbus Engine Center, West Palm Beach MRO, and Delta TechOps.

•Develop and communicate strategies and evolution of the local team as the GTF matures.

Opportunities:

•Enhance engineering perspective through real world shop floor experience

•Visit Columbus Forge, manufacturer of P&W airfoils and all P&W powdered Nickel disks

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related technical field

• 10+ years related work experience in engineering, customer service, aftermarket, or operations OR 7+ years related work experience in engineering, customer service, aftermarket, or operations with an Advanced Degree

• US Citizenship required due to government contracts

Preferred Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience within the CIPT Engineering

• 10+ years of gas turbine engineering experience

• Proven leadership skills

• Ability to manage finances by creating budgets, execution plans, and staffing plans to support the OMM planning process.
