Aftermarket & Sustainment Engineering (ASE) is looking for a dynamic leader to lead our F135 Repair Programs team. The F135 Repair Programs team consists of 3 to 5 members focused on delivering results for both our internal and external customers. This individual will support all F135 Engine Programs and represent ASE in Depot related interactions with both Joint Program Office (JPO) and USAF customers. The F135 Repair Programs Manager is the single point of contact for costs, schedule, and quality for repairs, repair tooling, and technology within ASE's scope.
Owning Aftermarket & Sustainment Engineering (ASE) F135 Repair Programs and being accountable for completion of all program deliverables for repairs, repair tooling, and supporting technologies.
Developing strategies and direction for F135 Repair Programs and developing ASE vision in support of the F135 Programs higher level goals.
Communicating the ASE F135 Programs strategies and direction across all affected organizations, internal and external.
Coordinating content for, and coverage of F135 internal and external management meetings. Ensuring flow of information to and from these forums on behalf of ASE, and with ASE Directors and ASE Executive as needed.
Managing F135 program proposals, contracts, budgets, Earned Value, manpower, and provides analyses and predictions.
Managing Military customer expectations to ensure a delighted customer and execution of the Market Feedback Analysis (MFA) process.
Overseeing planning and execution of Repair Conferences with internal/external customers and participation in program reviews such as IPMR, ISMT, SIPT/CIPT, DREP, DWG, Roadmap, Tech Review, Repair IPT, Deep Dive and Deep Look.
Driving internal process improvements and standard work revisions to reduce repair development turn times.
12 years' experience with a Bachelors in Engineering or 10 years' experience with a Masters in Engineering
Must be a U.S. citizen. This position may require access to systems/tools that are restricted to individuals who posses U.S citizenship
Experience in the Aerospace industry
Experience with direct interaction with USG customers
Experience formulating and negotiating USG contracts
10+ years of experience managing or supporting engineering or manufacturing
7+ years demonstrated leadership and successful project management
4+ years direct supervisory responsibilities
Demonstrated understanding of Earned Value Management
Advanced degree in a technical or business field
High energy change driver while delivering to existing commitments
Demonstrated experience in developing high performance teams
Excellent business judgment
Effective communication at all levels of the organization

The salary range for this role is 143,000 USD - 287,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
