Primary job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Customer Service
Working with Pack/Ship and Raytheon customers to verify documentation and hardware
SAP (APEX & PRISM) processes
PRISM and outbound shipment troubleshooting
Adhere to operating policies and procedures and be able to contribute to continuous improvement.
IATA and 49 CFR Hazmat Certification with packaging and shipping knowledge
Required Skills:
Minimum 2 years of Logistics, Supply Chain or Operations work experience
Experience with technical issues associated with logistics or operation requirements
Ability to effectively drive positive change in a complex and dynamic environment
Ability to acquire and maintain a security clearance
Ability to work additional hours and occasional Saturdays
Ability to lift up to 28 lbs
U.S. Citizenship status is required as this position will need a U.S. Security Clearance within 1 year of start date and require the ability to access US only data systems.
Process driven and strong attention to detail
Requires theoretical to advanced knowledge of work area typically obtained through University Degree combined with experience.
Practical knowledge of RTX projects, programs or systems with the ability to make enhancements and leverage in daily work.
Desired Skills:
Experience with processing classified and hazardous shipments
Ability to effectively drive positive change in a complex and dynamic environment
Ability to maintain process changes, comprehensive business case and presentation associated with any appropriate
General industry experience and understanding of protocol in a defense company, including work with Government Furnished Material (GFM)
Working knowledge of SAP, Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF), and Defense Transportation Regulations
Experience working within a diverse team environment
Possess a solid reputation for safety, professionalism, and ethical responsibility
Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
High data entry speed and accuracy
