    Job Description:

    Raytheon Technologies is searching for an Associate Director, Engineering to provide direct management oversight and lead a team of 150+ engineers who work across the full spectrum of Computer Network Operations (CNO) to include vulnerability research, cyber capability development, software engineering, system engineering, and data analytics.  This leader will be responsible for functional direction of multiple engineering teams, management of employee career progression, budget management, and facilitating growth across the organization through support to white paper and proposal development. Requires deep management and leadership knowledge to lead cross-department project teams or manage across multiple related departments.

    Required Skills and Experience:

    •12 + years of progressive leadership experience with the ability to manage large technical teams to deliver solutions to a dynamic customer base

    •Experience managing budgets and allocating engineering resources to meet organizational/customer requirements

    •Experience with technical career mentorship and development

    •Ability to implement strategic initiatives established by organizational leadership

    •Excellent verbal and communication skills with the ability to impact geographically dispersed workforce

    •Ability to deliver technical presentations to senior stakeholders across the organization

    Qualified applicants will be subject to a security investigation and must meet minimum requirements for access to classified information. U.S. Citizenship and current TS/SCI with a poly clearance is required.

    Desired Skills:

    •Experience leading formal customer engagements

    •Experience supporting proposal development

    •Self-starter requiring minimal management oversight and direction to execute daily operations

    •Ability to work under ever-changing business deadlines to satisfy the needs of the organization

    •Ability to be a team player who brings a positive outlook and innovative ideas to improve processes and achieve daily objectives

    Education Requirement:

    •Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 12 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 10 years experience
