The Audit Specialist position is an exciting and challenging opportunity for a dynamic audit professional who seeks to build on their existing audit and/or business experience through in-depth exposure to a fast-paced international business. The Internal Audit function is developmental in nature and employees are assisted in furthering career goals through training & development, strategic networking opportunities either progression within our team or rotation into critical business segment roles, after a tenure within the group. This group is seen as a premiere entry point into the business segments within the company. As an Audit Specialist, you will perform reviews of critical business processes, evaluating effectiveness of internal controls and identifying potential process improvement opportunities.
Raytheon Technologies Internal Audit team provides independent and objective assurance services designed to ensure appropriate financial, operational and compliance controls exist and function effectively at Raytheon Technologies. Internal Audit helps Raytheon Technologies accomplish its objectives by bringing a systematic, disciplined approach to evaluate and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of risk management, governance and financial and operational controls in a manner consistent with the Institute of Internal Auditors’ professional practices framework including the Standards for the Professional Practice of Internal Auditing.
Additional Skills and Abilities
The salary range for this role is 75,000 USD - 161,000 USD; however, Raytheon Technologies considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, education/training, and key skills.
