Summary of Role:

Raytheon Technologies Global Infrastructure Services is seeking an experienced and motivated Cloud Compliance Analyst focused on ensuring the security and privacy of RTX’s cloud-based infrastructure and applications within Azure and AWS. This role involves identifying potential compliance problems, implementing appropriate compliance measures, and monitoring the cloud environment for any potential threats or vulnerabilities. As a Cloud Compliance Analyst at Raytheon, you'll also have the opportunity to help our clients meet their security and compliance requirements. This means creating solutions and working closely with our engineering teams to make sure everything is secure, including the chance to improve our internal cloud platforms to make them even more secure. It's an important role that requires collaboration and a focus on keeping things safe and compliant for our clients.

Responsibilities:

Conduct security assessments, implement security measures, monitor cloud environment, respond to security incidents, maintain compliance, provide training and support.

Perform day-to-day compliance reviews, develop/update standards, policies, and procedures to strengthen security posture and achieve/maintain compliance.

Review all cloud environments to ensure compliance requirements are met, translate security and technical requirements into business requirements.

Evaluate and implement security-focused tools and services, identify risks and provide guidance regarding remediation of gaps.

Manage and track certification/audit work for SOC2, ISO/IEC 27001, etc, respond to client security requests/incidents/questions.

Preferred Qualifications:

Ideal candidate should have a good understanding of compliance and regulatory frameworks, at least 5 years of work experience in technology or cybersecurity, strong logical security skills, and an understanding of cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, and GCP.

Possess project management skills, attention to detail, outstanding problem-solving skills, and excellent written and oral communication skills.

Coding skills are not required for this position but are a plus.

Education:  

• Typically requires a university degree or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience or an advanced degree in a related field and minimum 7 years experience

The salary range for this role is 112,000 USD - 236,000 USD; however, Raytheon Technologies considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
