Raytheon Intelligence and Space (RI&S) is seeking a Manager, Contracts to support the High Consequence Missions (HCM) Business within Cybersecurity Intelligence, and Services (CIS). The position reports to the Associate Director, Contracts. The Manager, Contracts will be responsible for supporting new business pursuits and on-going, cradle-to-grave contract administration activities.
Responsibilities include working closely with the Focus Area Director and functional peers (Finance, Business Development, Engineering, Operations, etc.) to implement the overall business strategy and ensure successful program execution. The role will provide guidance to business partners to construct, submit and negotiate proposals, provide guidance to management regarding contractual and business issues, and advise management of contractual rights and obligations and mitigation of contractual/program risks. The successful candidate will utilize business acumen and program knowledge to understand program performance, provide guidance and influence outcomes to achieve desired results. Perform as key contributor during the pre-proposal strategy, proposal development, negotiation, and start-up phases of programs.
