This position is for Customer Account Management Intern, who works well both independently and as part of a team. Do you love to learn, and have internal drive to ensure things are done the BEST way, and take pride in your work? So do we! 

The ideal candidate has a can-do attitude, excellent follow-through, and executes tasks in a timely manner to drive maximum external (customer) and internal (Collins) impact. Resolves inquiries, analyzes data to determine trends, and makes recommendations that further optimize processes to improve Customer Account Management and delivery. Escalates complex issues to management for collaboration. 

Primary Responsibilities:

• Come with a hunger to learn, and build strong working knowledge of departmental processes, and apply critical thinking to ensure that customers are supported effectively and efficiently. 

• Support Customer Account Management team (including Commercial and Military/Engines OEM groups) in several areas (including but not limited to): Order entry/management, Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) demand requests, Quality Escape returns, and other customer escalations. 

• Manage or assist with scorecard roll-up, and work with Customer Account Management group on improvement plans for actions identified. 

• Review and analyze business reports for required actions or updates. 

Basic Qualifications:

• Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and student must be pursuing a Bachelor's or advanced degree in an applicable discipline.
