    Job objectives 

    Scheduling of materials / Production Manufacturing  

    Area of responsibility 

    a) Production Controller / Planner  

    • Scheduling and missing piece parts management, qualitative and quantitative monitoring of production dates · 

    •  Planning, scheduling and maintenance of plan and production orders  

    •  Determination and Analysis of production planning specific key performance indicators (KPIs)  

    •  Review, maintenance and implementation of forecast data into the ERP based on demand manager inputs  

    •  Clarification of forecast based questions with Delivery Assurance, Materials Planning and Customer Service  

    • Essential Job Functions: • Ability to monitor data and react accordingly to inputs in order to meet production requirements  

    • Tracks and manages inter/intra-plant work in process (WIP), promise dating, expedite orders to ensure on-time delivery and flow  

    •  Expedite units and hardware through receiving inspection, assembly, final inspection, and shipping.  

    •  Interface with other departments to ensure correct prioritization of product and plant site metrics are met. 

    •   Track and drive production orders to ensure OTD to end customers  

    •  Assist factory associates in achieving lead time for end assemblies 

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Previous demand planning experience
    • Manufacturing Experience
    • ERP Experience

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience OR an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience
    • No Relocation Available

    Remote: Employees who are working in Remote roles will work primarily offsite (from home).  An employee may be expected to travel to the site location as needed.

    The salary range for this role is $82,000.00 to $176,000.00; however, Raytheon Technologies considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, education/training, and key skills.
