Position Role Type:
Coordinates movement of pre-production hardware between manufacturing and test locations within mainly Cedar Rapids, IA and Coralville, IA location
Collects raw data from various sources, including SAP, and provides filtered and formatted reports in MS Excel, MS Powerpoint, and MS Access to the Operations Program Manager or other management weekly, monthly or as requested
Prepares, updates and monitors spreadsheets for tracking build status and procurement status
Performs as primary focal point coordinating and reporting status and problem resolution during the pre-release, release, and revision of product – works closely with Engineering development teams and Manufacturing teams
Coordinates the set-up of project meetings and may lead meetings
Builds productive working relationships in the organization in order to obtain or provide information or data requiring some explanation or interpretation
May act as Cost Account Manager (CAM) for prototype/pre-production hardware builds
May take meeting minutes and track action items to closure
Must be a U.S. Citizen
AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience OR In the absence of a HS diploma, GED or AA/AS degree, 8 years of relevant experience is required OR A Bachelor’s degree in the appropriate discipline and less than 2 years of relevant experience.
Must have or be capable of obtaining a US Department of Defense (DoD) security clearance. Candidate selected will be subject to a government security investigation/reinstatement and must meet eligibility requirements
SAP and manufacturing experience is preferred
