Collins Aerospace is looking for a Director of Core Platform Solutions for Digital Technologies team. This person is responsible for the strategy, implementation, and support of Core Capabilities and Product Lifecycle solutions for a worldwide group of internal users across Collins Aerospace. Core capabilities and product lifecycle solutions include business critical solutions like product lifecycle management (PLM), product data management (PDM), and others, and involves engaging and executing the entire lifecycle of these solution.

What YOU will do:
You will work with Collins business unit senior leadership on aligned lifecycle management frameworks, services, solutions for legacy environments across the global
You will work with lifecycle tools like PLM and PDM have a significant impact on our business's ability to meet tactical and strategic financial and technical business and customer requirements.
You will manage the team’s execution and sustainment activities across direct staff, and matrixed Collins India staff.
You Will coordinate and deliver on Collins business units and cross-Collins integration, services, and solutions.
What YOU will Learn:
You will master Collins’s lifecycle solution performance by defining, designing, developing, and implementing cross-Collins tools, services, and solutions approach to Collins's global footprint.
You will foster relationships with your Digital Technology peers and people all over the world that work and WANT to work at Collins.
Education & Experience:
Must be authorized to work in the https://U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future. RTX will not offer sponsorship for this position.
Typically requires University Degree and minimum 14 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 12 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 18 years of relevant experience.
Skills YOU Must Have:
Experience with product lifecycle management (PLM) and product data management (PDM) systems.
Experience executing the lifecycle of enterprise tools.
Experience with software development for enterprise applications.
Experience with digital product lifecycle (DPLC).
Skills We Value:
Experience in classified and unclassified engineering work environment.

The salary range for this role is 165,000 USD - 331,000 USD; however, RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills. Hired applicants may be eligible for benefits, including but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, flexible work schedules, employee assistance program, Employee Scholar Program, parental leave, paid time off, and holidays. Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement.
