Position summary
This Early Career Intern Program for China Supply Chain Management (SCM) is part of Collins’ global intern program, aiming to cultivate talents specialized in SCM of the aerospace industry. The Internship Program for SCM will provide you an opportunities to immerse in Collins culture, while working on challenging business projects that cover across one or more supply chain segments. You will be partnered with talented Collins employees, will get to know first-hand what it means to be part of Collins, and will be coached by professional mentors and experts for meaningful work and career development discussions in the aerospace industry.
At the end of this Intern Program, you will be assessed based on overall performance and the fit with Collins’s corporate culture. Successful candidate will be offered to join Collins as a member of SCM, and gain accelerated career advancement by sponsorship of Employee Scholar Program in Collins Aerospace.
The program is intended for graduates by Mar 2023. People we are looking for:

Requirements:
- Master degree; Academic score shall be above 85, or GPA shall be above 3.5
- Major in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Automation or Material related
- Good at the Microsoft Office skill
- Good programming capability; MySQL, Java, C#, HTML preferred
- Good command of written and oral English
