In this position you will develop electrical hardware solutions for the growing field of aircraft information management solutions, the Connected Ecosystem. You will have the opportunity to work on all phases of our product lifecycle. Your work will contribute to the development of our next generation of connectivity devices for aircraft flown around the world!
Primary Responsibilities:
Creates engineering documentation for existing and new products
Develops and executes electrical engineering standard practices
Performs engineering work for new products to ensure specification, quality standards, and functional objectives are met. This includes researching, developing, designing, and testing electrical components, equipment, systems, and products
Work on multi-discipline integrated project team
Participate in Design Reviews with other members of the team to identify and eliminate problems early in the development process
Expand and apply knowledge: Product domain, Requirements, Design, Development, Test and Release
Develop and document component and moderate changes to software requirements documentation, applying knowledge of processes, tools and methods in the management and tracking of software requirements baseline
Contribute to the engineering estimates for tasks such as change requests or problem reports
Able to use test equipment (e.g. Logic Analyzer) . Apply techniques and skills required to identify a root cause
Basic Qualifications:
Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and student must be pursuing a Bachelor's or advanced degree in an applicable discipline.
Must be a U.S. Citizen.
