• Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance workers, as they are essential to the development of our engines.
• Hybrid: Employees who are working in Hybrid roles will work regularly both onsite and offsite.
• Remote: Employees who are working in Remote roles will work primarily offsite (from home).

Key Responsibilities:

• Tracking field issues
• Processing available field data to support Root Cause Analysis
• Developing tools for large data processing
• Engaging subject matter experts for issue investigations
• Leading component supplier investigations, corrective actions definition and on-time execution
• Reporting status, progress, risks on ongoing component redesign projects
• Diving on detailed investigations on top field failures contributors and build team's expertise on electrical, electronics and sensing subsystems Performing technology trade studies
• Performing analysis for functional requirement decomposition
• Developing transient models of sensors, electronic and electrical parts
• Documenting analysis for requirement validation
• Writing subsystem and component requirements
• Providing leadership and technical expertise to younger engineers

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering or closely related field and minimum 1 year prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree
• Due to Government programs limitations, a U.S. Person (US Citizen or a Green Card Holder) required
• Travel 10%                                                                                            

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor or Master of Science in Electrical Engineering or Aerospace Systems preferred
• Secret Clearance preferred
