Position summary
Raytheon Technologies is seeking an Electro-Mechanical assembler/Technician to support the evaluation/repair/test of Patriot CLET (Heat Exchanger) field returns as well as capable of completing J-STD-001 Solder Certification for support of Electronics rework/repair and production as needed.
Candidate shall work together with Engineering and Quality Assurance Inspection on unit repairs and thus able to review/interpret assembly drawings in a manufacturing/rework environment, specializing in Patriot CLET unit mechanical repairs and test
Candidate shall be flexible to also pass complete J-STD certification towards supporting soldering on unit repairs as required based on changing program deliverable schedules.
Additionally, added flexibility shall include experience on paint and/or touch-up of Patriot-based repair deliverables.
Candidate shall possess a strong and independent work ethic, self-driven to support assigned unit repairs without recurring need for daily supervisor reminders/interaction.
Candidate shall possess or have the ability to attain a Secret Clearance without issues.
Requirements:
4 years applicable experience in solder rework environment
2+ years Solder experience and/or capability to become J-STD-001 Solder certified through the job
Must be a US Citizen with the ability to attain a Secret Security Clearance in the near future
Good communication skills
