Executive Administrative Assistant
We are seeking a highly motivated individual for the role of Executive Administrative Assistant supporting the Global Government Relations Public Policy team, working in a technology driven, fast paced, and agile environment.
The successful candidate will demonstrate initiative and be a self-starter, able to work in a highly collaborative, virtual, and versatile environment handling an array of duties and responsibilities with particular focus on time management and multi-tasking abilities.
Primary Responsibilities:
The incumbent will be confident to handle important office decisions, effective and flawless with calendar management (resolving any conflicts effectively and efficiently), professionally screening incoming calls and follow up correspondence, scheduling all aspects of travel (domestic and international), accurately processing expense and mileage reports with timely submission, meeting preparations to include booking conference room and coordinating with catering facilities and prioritizing tasks, preparing PowerPoint presentations for leadership meetings, maintaining accurate and updated organization charts, attending executive staff meeting, taking meeting minutes and distribute action items to attendees. In addition, be able to participate in special projects, embrace and execute any and all other duties as required or assigned.
