Due to continued growth, Raytheon Australia are seeking Expressions of Interest from experienced Program Management professionals who are ready to take the next step in their career. We are looking for people with a high level of customer focus and liaison skills with the ability to adapt to a fast pace and challenging environment. A strong understanding of multi-platform operations, complex project environments, and proposal development is a must.
Key Responsibilities
- Program and Project leadership and management
- Customer / stakeholder management and engagement
- Planning, control and reporting on project activities
- Delivering project contractual requirements
- Management of project resources and budget requirements
- Development of proposals including planning, scheduling and estimating
Skills, Experience and Qualifications
- University degree in Engineering, Project Management, Maintenance, Logistics, Business Management or other relevant discipline, or equivalent experience
- Experience in managing projects within Defence industry highly desirable
- Exposure to and understanding of the Defence acquisition and sustainment environment
- Eligibility to obtain and maintain an Australian Defence Security Clearance.
