The Pratt & Whitney Oklahoma City F119 Heavy Maintenance Center (HMC) Operations Manager (Associate Director) will lead a cross functional team providing Production Coordination, Planning and Scheduling oversite to facilitate disassembly, repair, assembly, and testing of gas-turbine engines at the maintenance repair and overhaul (MRO) facility in support of production delivery schedules while working in Public Private Partnership with Pratt & Whitney providing managerial oversite and the United States Government providing all touch labor.
What You Will Do:
The duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Overall business responsibility for staffing and budgetary management
Accountable and responsible for the delivery of quality assets meeting annual customer delivery requirements
Operational management of the value stream from induction to sale (Gate 0-3)
Drive process efficiencies and overall cost reduction
Proactively identify potential production constraints; work across enterprise to drive timely resolution
Communicate significant challenges/issues that need leadership intervention and assistance
Ensure standardized processes across the business
Qualifications You Must Have:
Bachelor's degree in aerospace, engineering or technical field with 12+ years of combined program management, leadership, and technical experience required; or an advanced Degree with 10+ years of combined program management, leadership, and technical experience required.
Must be a U.S. Citizen. This position may require access to systems/tools that are restricted to individuals who possess US citizenship.
Qualifications We Prefer:
MRO / Depot level jet engine maintenance.
Technical and/or Logistics background.
Familiarity with the F119 Production.
Strength in communication (verbal, written, and presentation); adaptability and ability to prioritize in a dynamic work environment.
Problem solving skills (drive data-based solutions); focus on results (meet customer and business needs).

The salary range for this role is 143,000 USD - 287,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
