    The F135 Sustainment Program provides logistic products and services to the worldwide F135 propulsion fleet including Support Equipment, Joint Technical Data, Repair Development, Engineering Technical Services, Training Services, Fleet Operations, Supply Chain Management, Maintenance Services, Site/Depot Activation, and Fleet Management Services.

    The F135 Logistic Program Management (LPM) team is seeking a qualified candidate to serve as the Sustainment / Performance Based Logistics Program Manager for the program execution and business operations team.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Make decisions as the Level 1 Program Manager for sustainment on active F135 Sustainment contracts who is responsible for cost, schedule, and performance for all LRIP sustainment annualized & recurring contract line items (CLINs)
    • Brief customers in Monthly Program Review (MPR) addressing cost and schedule forecast, cost and schedule risks, and corrective action status.
    • Ensure program compliance with contract requirements and P&W policies/procedures
    • Responsible for establishing customer satisfaction goals for each program and ensuring that they are me
    • Monitor Program performance relative to Plan and make necessary adjustments to ensure Program requirements are met
    • Prepare and responsible for material in presentations and position papers on the effect of Program decisions for external consumption
    • Brief F135 Program Executives on cost and schedule issues and corrective actions in Monthly Business Reviews (MBR). Monitor Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) status and milestone completion
    • Monitor Completion Execution Indices (CEI) and Baseline Execution Indices (BEI) metrics and drivers
    • Review and disposition program cost and schedule risks/opportunities
    • Review and disposition of all Baseline Change Requests (BCRs) for initial baseline work, new work, schedule adjustments, and re-plans

    Basic Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, logistics or management disciplines and 10 years of Government Contracts Acquisition, Program Management , Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or Project Management experience required
    • Or an advanced degree in engineering, logistics or management disciplines and minimum 7 years of the above experience required
    • 5 + years of experience in program/project management with a strong record of demonstrated success skill sets required
    • 5 + years of experience Microsoft tools required
    • 5 + years of demonstrated superiority with written and oral communication skills, creating and giving presentations to a diverse audience that includes leadership and customers required
    • 5 plus years of demonstrated superior business judgment, leadership, time management, written, verbal required
    • 5 plus years of demonstrated enhanced communications and teaming ability to influence and build consensus at every level required
    • US Citizen, or green card holder due to government contracts required

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Teaming ability
    • Military Contract Experience
    • Office application knowledge such as MS Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word
    • Experience with Earned Value Management and Integrated Master Schedules
    • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks with attention to detail
    • Ability to develop and present material to cross-functional teams
    • Proven ability to deliver results across a complex, cross-functional organization – evidence on what you accomplished and how you managed it
