The F135 Depot Plans and Scheduling organization has an opportunity for an F135 Depot Maintenance Scheduler.
This position is responsible for providing the necessary support for F135 Depot Workload allocation across all Maintenance, Repair, Overhaul, and Upgrade (MRO&U) organizations and Contractor Logistics Support (CLS) repair sites. You will schedule module inductions during the execution year to meet fleet requirements and comply with congressional and JPO mandated minimum work levels and Best Value principles.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Schedule Depot-level engine module inductions based on depot network capacity and capabilities
Develop and maintain a 30/60/90-day depot induction schedule and communicate future inductions to key stakeholders
Participate in weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual induction schedule coordination meetings
Work directly with depot sites to optimize best value induction processes
Coordinate inductions with the Fleet Sustainment, Supply Chain, Maintenance Planning, and Fleet Data Management teams
Perform quality checks to ensure Electronic Engine Logbooks are delivered in a timely manner to support on-time inductions
Maintain quality metrics and communicate constraints for the effective management of the overall F135 Depot Maintenance Scheduling process
Basic Qualifications:
Associate degree in aerospace, engineering, or related technical and a minimum of 7+ years of experience in aircraft and/or propulsion maintenance management required; OR Bachelor’s Degree in aerospace, engineering, or related technical field required and 5 years' of experience in aircraft and/or propulsion maintenance management required; OR an advanced degree in related technical field 3 years' of experience in aircraft and/or propulsion maintenance management required
US Citizenship required due to government contracts
Preferred Qualifications:
Aircraft engine maintenance, scheduling, and/or analyst/quality background
Depot-level propulsion maintenance experience
Previous experience with MXI or other life management system
Proficient with Microsoft software programs/databases/Project/Visio
Strong communication skills, attention to detail and organization, with the ability to prioritize in a dynamic work environment

The salary range for this role is 75,000 USD - 161,000 USD; however, Raytheon Technologies considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, education/training, and key skills.
