    Job Summary:

    In this role, you will lead the F135 Logistics Integration Cell (LIC) with a team of five direct reports. You will be responsible for managing a team that plans and coordinates global spare material distribution. You will provide strategic direction and guidance to optimize logistics performance. This position requires exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to coordinate with Pratt & Whitney discipline leaders, executives, project managers, the US government, and international customers. The candidate will also require the diplomatic skills to tactfully interact with all management levels throughout the F135 enterprise.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • General management of LIC effort to plan, coordinate, implement, and execute compliant global spare materials distribution
    • Strategic and operational interface between program supply chain and Global Trade for customs clearance, tax/tariff/duty, and license requirements
    • Provide guidance and escalation support for global distribution & transportation, total asset visibility, and logistics solutions
    • Lead the F135 Program Total Asset Visibility IPT
    • Coordinate the appropriate level of escalation of fleet wide concerns related to global spare materials distribution to the Lightening Sustainment Center (LSC) and internal stakeholders (https://i.e., Leadership & Mx Mgmt.)
    • Develop and trains team members in SAP and supply chain configuration

    Basic Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations, Logistics Management
    • At least 8 years of demonstrated experience working within a distribution enterprise (warehousing, transportation, supply chain, and/or logistics)
    • At least 2 years of managerial, leadership and supervisory experience
    • At least 4 years of experience leading cross-function teams and projects
    • Must be a https://U.S. Citizen. This position may require access to systems/tools that are restricted to individuals who possess US citizenship

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Advanced degree preferred.
    • Familiarization with US TRANSCOM and DLA transportation organizations and regulations relevant to transportation within the Department of Defense transportation network
    • Import/Export experience with EAR and ITAR regulated material
    • In-depth knowledge of PW/RTX internal supply policies, practices, and standard work proficiency in the complete range of SAP spares-related transactions are highly desired
