Job Summary:

The Strategic Missile Defense Mission area is looking for a Financial Program Controls analyst, who has an active Secret clearance, to join the Specter finance team. The portfolio of contracts represents ~$260-$300M of annual sales and 400+ heads supporting the various contracts with a strong backlog and outlook.

This position is being offered in a fully ONSITE capacity in Tucson, AZ and is based on the needs of the business. Relocation assistance is being offered for this role.

Responsibilities To Anticipate:

• Have a key role in the pursuit, setup, and execution of multiple contracts

• Providing critical financial oversight and guidance within the contracts they will maintain

• Significant partnership with Program Management, Functional Leads, and the entire Program Controls team to execute successfully – concentrating on financial cost and schedule with Earned Value Management

• Frequent interaction and collaboration with various functions across the enterprise will be required

• The portfolio has a strong Development emphasis, with concentration being centered on financial cost and schedule, forecasting, and communicating with clarity around staffing requirements and use of Earned Value Management both internal and external.

Qualifications You Must Have:

• An active and transferable https://U.S. government issued (Secret) security clearance is required prior to start date. https://U.S. citizenship is required, as only https://U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Analytics or related

• Typically requires 5 years of related Finance experience; OR an Advanced degree and 3 years of related Finance experience

• Experience interpreting and/or analyzing large financial data sets

Qualifications We Value:
