Raytheon’s Intelligence and Space Business is seeking a Finance Program Control Analyst for the Mission Operations and Support (MOS) portfolio. Interested candidates will be responsible for tracking, analyzing and cost controls associated with a contract with personnel both CONUS and OCONSU. We are seeking a hard-working, energetic, and dedicated individual to contribute to the overall success of our programs as well as provide opportunities for career growth and advancements within the organization and company. In this role, you will have opportunities to work independently as well as collaborate with key functional stakeholders including Program Management, OCONUS Business Management, and the Prime Customer. Responsibilities may include the following assignments:
Required Skills:
• Typically, 5+ years of related experience
• US Citizenship with ability to obtain Top Secret / SCI Clearance (TS/SCI) or crossover equivalent
• Ability to manage priorities in order to meet deadlines
• Possess good oral and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and work quality
• Knowledge of concepts and techniques related to program controls
Desired Skills
• Current SSBI clearance desired
• Experience with APEX / PRISM, knowledgeable in working with SAP reporting
• Experience or exposure to performing cost control and analysis functions in a U.S. Government, multi-CLIN contracting environment
• Requires advanced knowledge of work area typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience. May have practical knowledge of project management. Practical to substantial knowledge of RTX projects, programs or systems with the ability to make enhancements and leverage in daily work.
• Working knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Cost Accounting Standards (CAS), and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
Typically requires:
A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience
The salary range for this role is $68,000.00 to $140,000.00; however, Raytheon Technologies considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, education/training, and key skills.
