The following position is to join our Corporate or Research Center Team: 

JOB DESCRIPTION

Raytheon Technologies is looking for a full-time Finance Specialist, to join the Payroll Tax team to support all incoming tax related mail for distribution to Property, Sales/Use, Corporate Income, and Payroll Tax.   Additional analysis is required for Payroll Tax notices and correspondence for loading to ADP Tax Services. 

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Open, sort and organize mail with emphasis on Payroll Tax
• Identify and prioritize based upon date and amounts due
• Review incoming checks based on jurisdiction and responsibility
• Scan and enter into PayCzar tool and to ADP; monitor status and action required
• Ensure process documentation remains current including contact lists and addresses
• Participation in Projects as required

Required Skills, Knowledge, and Experience

• Attention to detail
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
• Knowledge of Printers, Scanners
• Ability to work independently

Desired Skills:

• Motivated self-starter to promote productivity and efficiency.
• Knowledge of Payroll Tax Related mail

Required Education and Experience:

• This position requires a High school Diploma or AA/AS degree (or other 2 year post HS training) with a minimum of 4 years relevant experience

US Citizenship:

• This position may require access to systems/tools that are restricted to individuals who possess US citizenship

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.

Hybrid: Employees who are working in Hybrid roles will work regularly both onsite and offsite.  Ratio of time working onsite will be determined in partnership with your leader.

Remote: Employees who are working in Remote roles will work primarily offsite (from home).  An employee may be expected to travel to the site location as needed.
