This individual will be responsible as a Program Supply Chain Manager (PSCM) within the Product Support sub mission area of Raytheon Intelligence and Space. In this role you will be a Material Program Manager in the Global Patriot business area. In this role you will be accountable for managing Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) activities and deliverables including proposals / Front End of the Business (FEOTB) support, purchase order and subcontract placement and management, supplier management, logistics and asset management.
This role will be responsible to report on and manage Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) including but not limited to outstanding requisitions, open purchase orders and deliverable materials and values, supplier On Time Delivery (OTD), material forecasts and past due dollars. You will produce and manage supply chain sales forecasting including supplier follow up as required to ensure forecast accuracy and that financial commitments are met. This role will have Control Account Manager (CAM) responsibilities and will be responsible for managing Supply Chain program direct material and labor budgets, providing, and validating Supply Chain EAC inputs, actively managing Supply Chain Risks and Opportunities for assigned programs. Additionally, you will support new business capture including management of the Supply Chain proposal process inclusive of the development of material and labor Basis of Estimates (BOE’s). This position can be based out of the RIS Burlington, MA or El Paso, Texas facilities.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
At least 5 years of supply chain experience, with experience supporting USG and International customers.
Experience working on proposals inclusive of producing Basis of Estimates (BOE’s)
Demonstrated ability to effectively work and lead through influence in an IPT environment.
Experience developing effective customer and functional relationships.
Experience actively managing risks and opportunities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite products (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Robust knowledge of PRISM/SAP.
Desired Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
Experience using the USG’s part tracking system and reporting portal; Automated Resource Management System (ARMS).
Development, modification and/or execution of Supply Chain Program Plan (SCPP).
EVMS Certification and the ability to analyze and reconcile variances.
Ability to present to and brief Senior Leadership.
BoE Developer Certification.
CORE Training
Required Education:
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Management, or equivalent desired.
Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience
Other Requirements (Clearance, travel):
The ability to travel domestically on short notice.
The ability to obtain a USG security clearance if required.
Requires advanced knowledge of work area typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience. May have practical knowledge of project
management. Practical to substantial knowledge of RTX projects, programs or systems with the ability to make enhancements and leverage in daily work.

The salary range for this role is $75,000 to $161,000; however, Raytheon Technologies considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, education/training, and key skills.
