As a Global Trade Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for all aspects of the Collins Global Trade Program (training, policies, processes, implementation & metrics); using digital technology and physical safeguards to manage transfers compliantly and efficiently; ensuring compliant transfers of physical goods and intangible items; sanctions and embargo compliance and addressing regulatory and policy violations to prevent recurrence and drive continuous improvement. This role also includes responsibilities for leading and managing projects related to authorizations and global trade.
This role will be hybrid, the preferred candidate will be available to work at one of our Collins Aerospace - Avionics locations in Cedar Rapids, IA, Burnsville, MN, Melbourne, FL, Wilson, NC, Wilsonville, OR, Decorah, IA, Manchester, IA, Atlanta, GA, Bellevue, IA, Wichita, KS, Federal Way, WA, Huntsville, AL, Raleigh, NC, Moorestown, NJ, Richardson, TX, Calexico, CA, Or Bothell WA.
What You Will Do:
Analyze business needs with respect to Global Trade requirements and develop compliant solutions
Working under/within the following U.S. Regulations; Export Administration Regulation (EAR), International Traffic in Arms Regulation (ITAR) and HTS
Deployment of the Collins and Avionics Global Trade policies and procedures
Development of the Global Trade focal network
Support Regulatory Compliance investigations
Support development and delivery of formal and informal Global Trade training
Review of transactions under Collins Sanctions policy
Qualifications You Must Have:

Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 12 years of relevant experience
Prior working knowledge of the U.S. GT regulations including the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) and the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR)
Prior understanding of US. Customs regulations
Qualifications We Prefer:
Project or program management experience
Experience of interpreting and managing policies and procedures
Aerospace (program/technical) experience
Developing and implementing standard work
Passion for customer service and the ability to work autonomously to drive results
The ability to manage competing priorities and meet multiple goals, plans and milestones
Experience working in a global, matrixed organization preferred
Working SAP Knowledge of export transactions (sales & distribution)
Ability to work independently
Strong verbal and written communication skills at all levels of the organization
Proactive, responsive, self-motivated, receptive to change
Works well under pressure and can prioritize workload
Attention to detail and strong record management competency
Strong IT experience including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

The salary range for this role is 96,000 USD - 200,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
